Macromolecular X-ray Crystallography

We offer services:

• Crystallization and crystal optimization – the facility is equipped with the Phoenix and Oryx robots for high throughput automated screening of crystal growth in 96-well format and volumes as small as 100 nL.
• Crystallization of proteins, protein – inhibitor complexes, protein – nucleic acids complexes.
• X-ray diffraction data collection at sychrotron beamlines.
• Solution and refinement of protein and protein-ligand structures to the quality required for PDB deposition.
